(WARRENSBURG, Mo.)—The College High School Class of 1962 celebrated its 50-year reunion Saturday night at Heroes Restaurant.
Twenty-six people attended, including 15 class members. Rebecca Sadler Klein, past president of the UCM Alumni Association, welcomed the class back to Warrensburg and the campus.
Several Awards were presented: Linda (Dillingham) Anderson, Burlington, NC, for traveling the farthest; Sara (Wilkey) Nyman for the most grandchildren with eleven; and Sharon (Krewson) Miller for the most great-grandchildren with 1 ½.
Janet (Wagoner) Smith conducted the memorial recognition of deceased classmates. Self introductions, embellishments, and defenses along with frequent interrogation consumed most of the evening.
The closing topic was which nursing facility in Florida would be most suitable for hosting the 75th class reunion. A committee of 15 was appointed to investigate the site for the reunion.
